In 1990, after working for 26 years as a Mechanical Designer and Engineer, I moved my wife and three daughters to St. George to begin a new career selling real estate. In 1992, I joined the Ence Team and found that selling new homes and using my experience and creativity as an engineer and my training as a New Home Specialist, to be valuable in assisting people with their designs, special needs and custom homes, which has been very rewarding for me. I also had the opportunity to work as a Project Construction Manager for Ence homes, which helped me learn much about the details and complexities of building a new home. I have received many sales awards over the years, including many Ence Homes Salesman of the Month Awards, Ence Homes Salesman of the Year, Washington County Board of Realtors Million Dollar Club and Million Dollar Circle Silver Award for 2002 from the National Association of Homebuilders.
