In 1995 I began my real estate career in the Salt Lake City area of Utah. For the past ten years, I’ve loved living and working in beautiful Southern Utah in St George City.
I hold a Utah State Broker License and I have earned credentials as a Master CSP, in the new homes field.
I understand that location, amenities, schools, shopping, floor plan; all comprise the criteria that make your purchase a sound investment and a place to call “home”.
While specializing in new homes I’ve represented various builders and know the intricacies of a well built home. I always pursue the best interests of my clients, finding not just a home, but the right home for their family’s needs.
I continually take education courses to further my knowledge, which enables me to better serve my customers. I have served on various committees in the community to support the field in which I work.
I have received numerous awards both locally and nationally. The Presidents’ Circle Top Producer from the National Home Builders Association, the Prudential Leading Edge Society award, and I’ve been the company Top Agent in three different companies at various times.
